Calypso™ and Ulyss™ are designed to address different tiers of automotive compute requirements within a unified architecture strategy.

Ulyss™ — Premium Performance Platform

Ulyss targets high-end and future-oriented automotive compute applications, where maximum performance, scalability, and advanced processing capabilities are required. It is designed for centralized architectures, high-performance domain controllers, advanced cockpit systems, and ADAS/AD compute, including L3/L4 automated driving functions, with significant performance headroom for next-generation vehicle platforms.

Calypso™ — Optimized Mainstream Platform

Calypso is designed for high-volume automotive deployments, where the priority is an optimal balance between performance, energy efficiency, and system cost. It enables scalable deployment across body electronics, gateways, zonal controllers, and infotainment systems, as well as ADAS applications up to L2/L2+.

System Architecture

RISC-V-based compute (Ulyss™ and Calypso™) handles deterministic control, gateway, and domain processing, while the AI inference platform (Apollon™ based on Ermes™ technology) provides scalable computer vision and perception capabilities. Together, they form a complete and modular architecture enabling distributed, centralized, and software-defined systems for next-generation automotive and avionics platforms.
