- NIt features four RISC-V (RV64GCHV) ISA lockstep cores running up to 1.5GHz. The lockstep CPU core is a 64-bit processor with single and double precision floating point instructions and the compact instruction set extension that significantly improves code density making best use of the up to 24MBytes MRAM memory with ECC
- NThe Cortus ULYSS 3 has a rich peripheral set enabling a very wide range of applications.
